Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. bvb8 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of a policy violation.

bvb8 does not charge any hidden fees for processing transactions. The third-party payment provider's own terms may apply. bvb8 reserves the right to hold funds on any suspicious transaction until verification is complete.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to activate the bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Any bonus received must meet a 25x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn (bonus amount × 25). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in wagers.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bvb8 will decide whether to restart or cancel the game. Incorrect results displayed due to a technical error are not valid and the right to correction is reserved.

Live Casino and Sports Betting

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For sports betting, relevant rules will apply if a match is cancelled or postponed.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and in the event of a violation, the account may be closed and funds forfeited:
